QUALITY SEAL COATING IN ANTIOCH, IL
⚠️🚨Seasonal Availability Update🚨⚠️
Due to the unusually heavy rain this season, our schedule is significantly backlogged, and we are nearing the end of our operating season. To ensure all customers already on our calendar are completed before weather conditions force us to close, we are currently on a scheduling pause.
We have several dates reserved for weather‑related reschedules. If those dates are not needed, they will open additional spots on our calendar. That said, we have a list going that we can add you to and contact you if an opening becomes available. We will do our best to get your project completed before we close for the season. If we are unable to fit you in, you will automatically be placed on our priority spring completion list.

Thank you for reaching out with your online quote request. We've received it and are already in motion to provide you with an estimate promptly.
Please be aware that our estimate will be sent from Intuit QB and occasionally might find its way into your spam or junk folder, so we advise keeping an eye on both folders. If you haven't heard from us within 2-3 days, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at mikessealcoat@gmail.com or call us at 847-603-1262.
In our efforts to keep expenses reasonable, we utilize satellite software for estimating most projects. Typically, we can furnish a quote within 2 business days unless a site visit is necessary. If your project does require a site visit, you'll receive an email notification with the relevant details. Site visits become necessary only if the project exceeds 5000 square feet, isn't visible via satellite, or necessitates repairs. If you have areas of concern that you suspect might not be visible through our software, kindly forward photos to our email at mikessealcoat@gmail.com, along with your address in the email body.
It's imperative to note that if you've requested asphalt repairs/patching or indicated excessive cracks, we'll follow up with an email requesting photos of the affected areas. This step helps us better understand your requirements and provides you with tailored repair options, expediting the process and ensuring a customized quote aligned with your needs.
We're deeply grateful for considering Mike’s SealCoating & Services, and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you.
Warm regards,
Jocelynn LaPorta & the MSC team
